“A while ago Tim checked the roundness of a wheel I had booked in to be straightened and declared it not to be bent - went ahead and checked the balance and the tyre shop hadn't done it properly. He corrected the balance of the wheel and didn't take any payment. That's the sign of a business that wants to please customers, turning away unnecessary work!

A few months later I took a (different) set of used wheels to ACC for straightening and full refurb - astonishingly good result. I was even offered a brief tour of the place which was fascinating. I wouldn't hesitate using ACC again.”

“Used ACC twice in the last couple of months. First time I took a set of R20 wheels for a strip and powder coat. The tyres (Dunlop 275/50) were still ok but fairly well worn so was considering replacing them. ACC noticed the same and offered me a good price to supply and fit the same again, so I took them up on it. Very pleased with the new set of wheels/tyres which were done inside a week. Second time took a typical TVR mixed set of R16 rear and R15 front wheels to strip and powdercoat.The R15s had the wrong spec tyres so as these aren't easy to find I had already located the replacements which ACC we're happy to fit for me. Great job on the powder coating again and done inside a week, plus the tyres were inflated to the psi that I'd spec'd. Top quality work, done on time and promptly. What's not to like? Recommended.
